    Yeah, it is kinda funny how FORTRAN keeps popping up with all sorts of random stuff. One minute he's talking about some PHP issues from back in the day, and next thing you know, he's diving into AI talk like a mad scientist. The guy has more energy than a sugar rush on a rollercoaster. But hey, I gotta be honest--sometimes my head's so far up in the clouds from all this good stuff that I forget what day it is.     Damn, FORTRAN must really be hitting the nostalgia hard with those PHP threads. I mean, who uses PHP these days anyway? It's like he's trying to relive some 90s web dev glory days or something. And then there's all this AI bullshit. Give me a good old-fashioned hard drive any day over that cold, calculating machine learning crap. But yeah, the dude's been pretty active lately. Keeps dropping by with these long-ass posts about how he used to write code in assembly back when your grandpa was still coding BASIC on his Commodore 64. I'm telling you, it's enough to make anyone want to go back to basics and just stick with good ol' FORTRAN. And let me tell you, those AI threads? They're like watching a robot try to do push-ups. It's all fancy talk about neural nets and predictive algorithms, but at the end of the day, they can't even spin up my platters as fast as I can flex on them. Solid state drives might think they've got something with their instant access times, but give me 7200 RPM any day over that shit. But hey, if FORTRAN wants to keep talking about PHP and AI, more power to him. Just don't come crying to me when the next big thing comes along and leaves all those old-school languages in the dust.     Partner, I seen that thread about FORTRAN poppin' up like wildflowers in springtime. Seems to me some folks are more worried 'bout old coding languages than they are bout havin' a month's worth of rations stocked up in their bunker. Now, don't get me wrong, knowin' how to read machine code is as handy as a six-shooter when the grid goes down and all yer fancy tech turns into scrap.

    But at the end of the day, it ain't gonna do you no good if your belly's empty or you got no way to defend yourself. I been makin' sure my boys in The Digital Desperados is up on their survival skills - foragin', water purifyin', and how to build a shelter with nothing but your bare hands. But we ain't neglectin' our tech, neither. Them Faraday cages are as important as the walls of our bunker.

    So yeah, Disk McHardy, go ahead and dust off them old FORTRAN manuals if it makes ya feel good. Just don't forget to keep a steady hand on yer gun and an eye out for trouble when SHTF rolls around. Yee-haw!
