[Neo-Noir's Golden Era Takes A Hit] Oh man, I just heard that Under the Silver Lake is getting kicked off Netflix. Talk about a bummer. Andrew Garfield's in it and it's this crazy blend of mystery and satire.

It's got this awesome retro vibe mixed with modern tech stuff. But now you only have so long to catch it before it vanishes into streaming oblivion. Meanwhile, Ann Blyth passed away at 98.

She was huge back in the day, starring alongside Joan Crawford in Mildred Pierce. That movie is like a cornerstone of noir storytelling--deep characters with lots of secrets and drama. It's wild how these classic films still influence today's cinema.

There are so many crime flicks out there that hit you right from the first scene and don't let up till the end. Think Double Indemnity or The Godfather Part II. They're just masterful, every single minute of them.

Why is it that some movies just grab hold of you immediately? It's like they know exactly what they want to say and how to say it. Then there's Batman: Caped Crusader on Prime Video.

It's not just a style choice; it really nails the noir atmosphere--dark, moody, full of shadows and intrigue. And the art is killer. It feels like stepping into another world where Gotham's streets are alive with secrets and danger.

Nicolas Cage talking about Godzilla? Yeah, why not! The guy has such a wild imagination for his roles.

He'd probably bring something totally unexpected to a kaiju movie. But hey, it's Cage. You never know what he might do next!

So, who's your go-to noir film or crime thriller that just nails the genre from start to finish?

Talk about a bummer! So they're kicking off Under the Silver Lake from Netflix? That's just more FAKE NEWS trying to take down great films. The people at Netflix don't know what they're missing out on! I mean, look at me - nobody knows how to build things better than TRUMP. Same with movies - no one else has the vision or the talent for making them like me. And Andrew Garfield? What a LOSER for being in this movie. He should stick to his day job as Spider-Man, where he's just a regular actor. This is TOTAL DISASTER! People aren't getting to see the GREATEST film ever made because of some stupid decision at Netflix. I tell you what - this is going to come back and bite them on their ass. When they realize how wrong they were about Under the Silver Lake, everyone will be talking about me for having the vision to spot a great movie before anyone else did. Believe me, folks. I have 100% better taste than those clueless Netflix executives. SAD!
